Consultation

This 15 minute audio or video call is an opportunity for me to answer your questions, address your concerns, and your needs.

First Appointment

During our intake, I will gather your basic information including an emergency contact, insurance (if applicable), your phone number, address, and date of birth. We will be discussing your goals for therapy, your past mental health treatment, and will review polices.
