Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here

My approach is rooted in supporting you—as a whole person. I focus on helping you feel better and create the life you want to live. Therapy with me blends humor, practical wisdom, relatable language, and an eclectic mix of evidence-based techniques. I offer a nonjudgmental space, and I believe in celebrating joy in life’s small, everyday moments.
A diagnosis doesn’t define who you are. Together, we’ll explore the symptoms or challenges that may be impacting your well-being, and work collaboratively to find solutions that align with your strengths and values.
I’m a Neuroaffirming therapist, with a strong focus on ADHD and Autism. I help clients identify their unique strengths and develop practical tools to navigate everyday life. I also have specialized training in working with individuals struggling with hoarding behaviors.
I proudly support those seeking therapy from all walks of life, and I’m an LGBTQ+ ally who welcomes all identities and experiences into my practice.
I also specialize in supporting people through relationship endings, breakups, and divorce. I find deep meaning in helping others navigate the profound transformation and personal growth that can emerge from loss and heartache. It’s an honor to witness a journey that begins with grief and uncertainty and unfolds into new beginnings, confidence, and healing.
If you’re ready to begin or continue your journey, I would be honored to support you.
A Bit About Me
I grew up in Minnesota and spent part of my life living in the wide-open spaces of Wyoming. Both places shaped who I am today and gave me a deep appreciation for nature, simplicity, and connection.
My family and friends are a big part of my world, and I treasure time spent with them. I’m also an avid equestrian and find peace and joy in trail riding with my beautiful horse. When I’m not in session, you might find me traveling, exploring vintage fashion and personal style, or enjoying a quiet evening at home with my cat.

These personal passions help ground me, and I believe joy, authenticity, and balance are essential parts of a meaningful life.
